Total general rates revenue from business-rated properties.

Dear Chief Executive, Pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982 I request the following: Definitions: “Business-rated properties” or “business properties” means all properties categorised by the Council as business, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use business (including any short-term accommodation properties rated partly or fully as business). For each financial year from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2026 (or most recent complete year):

Total general rates revenue collected. Total general rates revenue from business-rated properties. The percentage share of total general rates revenue contributed by business-rated properties (and confirmation of any target share, e.g. 31%).

Provide in tabular/Excel or CSV format with clear headings and any notes on methodology.
