Dear Chief Executive, Pursuant to the Official Information Act 1982 I request the following: Business Differential Factors and Rating Policy Methodology Definitions: “Business-rated properties” or “business properties” means all properties categorised by the Council as business, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use business (including any short-term accommodation properties rated partly or fully as business).

The differential factor(s) applied to business-rated properties for the general rate in each year in the period, and any changes made. Any documents, reports, models, resolutions, or analyses (from 1 January 2013 to date) explaining how the business differential or share target is calculated, maintained, or was subject to phased reduction (including funding impact statements from LTPs/Annual Plans).

Provide existing documents in PDF and data in Excel/CSV.
